Beads, Glorious Beads
Today I drove two hours to Philadelphia to attend the bead show. I would drive six hours for a bead show. Honestly, I would.
They are that much fun.
I felt like a kid in a candy store.
I bought citrine and aquamarine and labradorite and pyrite...
I bought apatite and rose quartz and rutilated quartz....
I bought garnet and kyanite and ametrine...
And MORE labradorite, aquamarine and pyrite, because a girl just can't have too many of those!
And, as much as I'm dying to start playing with them, I really need to sleep first. I've been up since 3:30 this morning and am wilting quickly. Why Rosie and Bella needed to go out at 3:30 this morning is beyond me, but nature calls at odd hours!
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend!

Oh Kathy, these are incredibly delicious. Looking forward to seeing the amazing pieces you create with these beauties. Btw, I drive 5 hours for my annual bead show, each way! So worth it!
A woman after my own heart!!
beautiful! I know you will do awesome things with these- can't wait to see.
Off to crash after our day of marketing!

What a great show! Awesome beads! You are right it seems a candy store. Any kid will take in mouth (lol). I love Aquamarine Beads too much and I gave a necklace of it to my daughter. So was so delighted after getting this.
