Strawberries
I have a thing for strawberry emery pincushions. They're just too cool for words! Especially the ones with the silver caps. I look for them constantly and love to make necklaces with them. I just listed this piece in my Etsy shop.
Both of the emeries are made of silk and the red one has a silver plated cap.

I found your blog in the most unusual way. I did an Etsy search using my name...Kathy, what came up was your needlework shop. I looked at every single pattern because, interestingly my most recent passion is embroidery and needlework...and then the further I read I connected to your blog and realized that you were no longer doing the embroidery patterns but following your new passion...jewelry making...which used to be MY passion!
I remember my excitement for the Gem & Jewelry show when it would come to town...life is interesting!
I was wondering how your patterns would translate to needlepoint? I would love to give it a try.
