Black Heart

Marly, of Samplers and Santas fame, posted this photo on her blog (http://samplers-and-santas.blogspot.com/). I don't know who stitched this, but so wish I did. If it's you or if you know who did it, please let me know! This brilliant person needs to be rewarded.

When I first saw this, I had one of those "why didn't I think of that??" moments. It's so obvious! It's perfect. It's SO much better than my framed version and absolutely no background stitching is required. That's a huge bonus!!

Here's my version (I'm sorry to say):

Any help you can give me with locating the stitcher of the upper version would be greatly appreciated!
