Thank You!!
Thank you all so very much for all of your fabulous ideas for my new sampler! You guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty on this one!
I THINK I've made a decision on the name, but am still mulling it over in my head....
Since Beth is still stitching night and day and day and night and week after week and month after month and awake and asleep on this design, I have a little while until I have to decide for sure.
So please don't hesitate to send me more ideas!
A while you've been thinking of ideas for me, I've been a busy girl here...
I've been making jewelry, working on charts, doing lay-outs for new designs, planning and planning for Nashville,
And, opening a new Etsy Shop! It's called Kathy Barrick Vintage and it's where I can place all of my antique and vintage bits instead of putting them in my Etsy sampler shop or my Etsy jewelry shop.
Here's a link if you'd like to see it: www.KathyBarrickVintage.Etsy.com
Bonnie Olson sent me some great photographs recently I want to share with you.
This is Bonnie's Susanna Folley. She stitched it on 40-Count Cedar Plank and mounted it on a piece of wood. Cool, huh?
Bonnie's collection of tombstones. I love it!
We had a dusting of snow this morning. I've had enough of winter! And we've been very lucky so far....only one shovel-able snow, but I'm still ready for spring.
But, I had forgotten how planning and preparing for Nashville made this part of winter go by so quickly. I can't believe January is almost half-way gone. I have tons of work to do, but plenty of time to do it, so all is well.
Hoping you all have a fabulous Wednesday!

its almost done.............
You are amazing Beth!!
Wow! Your shop has grown throughout the past year, and I'm pleased to know that you haven't forgotten about your loyal followers. Anyway, it's always so delightful to see your creations. Every bead you mix and match your jewelry with looks so harmonized on wire, and I'm sure a lot of your fans think so as well. I'm sure the growth of your business is only beginning. More power to you, Kathy! :)

you have been busy today! Can't wait to see your new designs at my local store. Have fun at market and be safe.
I'm glad that there are people like you who advocates charity for children who have traumatic past. By the way, those vintage clothes and other handmade quilts are very lovely! I'm hoping for the success of your business, so you may continue to help those people who are in need. Kudos to you, Cheryl!
