Heading South!
I'm headed south this afternoon to Virginia and Lori Brechlin's Gathering of Primitive Friends at NotForgotten Farm. What fun!
Carol Sims is meeting me in Charlottesville, Virginia late this afternoon, where we'll have dinner, play a little, stitch a little, and sleep a little before heading the rest of the way to Lori's early Saturday morning.
My car is packed with antiques. Packed! I don't have to worry about things shifting in my car on the drive down, because there is no room for anything to shift! Besides my jewelry, sampler patterns and models, I have crocks and crocks and crocks, and baskets, coverlets, quilts, cradles, candle lights, pockets, samplers, grain sacks, and much more. And they are priced to go! My goal was to empty out most of the storage room part of my apartment. I put a small dent in it, but not nearly enough. I'll be doing another show on October 5th at Beaver Creek Antiques in Hagerstown, MD and hope to bring even more. These antiques just have to go!
I hope many of you plan to make the trip to Lori's tomorrow. It promises to be a fabulous day!
Have a great weekend!

Fun! Wish I lived close! I'd bring home one of everything! Have fun!
Are we going to see pics of your offerings so those of us that can't attend can boo-hoo about what we missed? That would be cruel. Do it anyway.
Hope your car is less empty on the return trip home! Do hope the day goes well for you!
