Fourth Block
Be sure you count the comments I'm getting from Liz. She cheats!!! She's also my daughter! Check out her blog when you get a chance: www.lizmathews.blogspot.com. She's got a gorgeous photo of a robin in the snow!
It's snowing here. We're supposed to get around a foot tonight. Down in Maryland, where Liz lives, they are supposed to get 30 inches. Let's hope it's the last snow of the season!
I've been printing like a crazy person today!
This is, by the way, Block #9.

If there had ever been a shred of doubt whether I would buy this or not; block 9 has removed any doubt. I love this. I want to hug it & kiss it & buy it dinner.
Prediction time: this block is going to be seen everywhere on the exchange blogs come fall.
Yeah!!! Just when I thought it couldn't get any better you show us a witch! And what a fine witch she is. This has got to be the cutest block ever.

This is my fav so far! :-)
Keep em' coming!!
Love this one! The turkey with the indian corn was top on my list, but now...it may have been knocked out by a flying witch ;)
Ohhhhhhhh I love the witch !!!! Beautifull. This chart is definy on my wishlist when it comes out !!
Your are torturing us Kathy.. please post lots of photos when you finally get a path shoveled to the studio.
Is she a good witch or a bad witch :) love it all so far
Nice block! Just seeing this one makes me thing you should do a specific "Halloween at Hawk Run Hollow" design - I know a lot of stitchers are Halloween fans. But, who knows, maybe you have more Halloween themed blocks in this piece.
Personally, I think when you make it down to the barn, you should post pictures of all the other blocks, since it sounds like with the snow you are having, you might not get down there for a while!
Love all the blocks, Kathy. Looking forward to more pictures.
OK- after not being able to post any comments I signed up for a Google acct so I could- you twisted my arm!!! I NEED to see more- this is torture! I love all the blocks so far. Of all the HRH's the Village is my first love and one of my all time favorite stitched pieces- but I think we may have some stiff competition here- I love Autumn!!!MORE....MORE. And I will play by the rules and only comment once- wouldn't want to brake the rules and get in trouble!! :)
I adore all the blocks...but this one is my favorite so far. For Halloween I dress as a witch...been doing this since I was little...hugs, Linda
It just keeps getting better. I can't wait until you are able to shovel down to you studio to post more.
Thanks!
Kathy, I just love it!!! can't wait to see it all together. We have 28 inches of snow this morning and it is still coming down hard!!!! I will just continue to stitch. I can't wait to see the next block. Kathy
Love the witch!
OK, if I wasn't already sold on this piece before (which I was!), this square would definitely do it for me!! I love this witch!!!!! Can't wait to see more and can't wait to pick this up and start stitching!
Oh please show lots of pictures!!!! We want to see it all :)
Too awesome! Need MORE pics PLEASE!!!
i guess you better start double posting if your only going to be making it too the studio every so often. orrrrrrrrrr upload those pics to a disk and bring them inside. there are ways around this problem mother dear.

I love AHRH !!! And the expression of kitty's face is priceless. I think this sampler is screaming for sone hand dyed threads.....the autumn colors are the best.
She's a beautiful hag, and the moon and stars are fantastic. It's sublime.
Every block you show is more amazing! And they are all so very 'Autumn'.
I really love every block I have seen thus far, Kathy! I know this is going to be a winner of an addition in the Hawk Run Series!
Stay safe and warm!
Fantastic block - I am really looking forward to seeing more! Just completed stitching the first block of Shores of Hawk Run Hollow - this would make a nice companion piece!
Can the blocks get any cuter? I can hardly wait to see the others
I love the blocks! I can hardly wait for this one to hit the shops!
My wife is really excited about the new project and wants to see more! In fact we are going out this weekend to buy Shores for her to get started on. :)
Good luck with the snow!
