A Weird Kind of Day
Today was a strange sort of day. I'm sure everyone has them from time to time. I don't like them one bit.
It started when I woke up this morning, headed down to the studio, as usual. And couldn't seem to make myself do one thing.
Not one single thing. I kind of flitted from thing to thing, accomplished absolutely nothing, and finally thought "enough!!" So I walked over to Anne's. In my pj's. The dogs came too. Anne was working away, being quite productive, but stopped working to chat.
I talked her into going out to breakfast with me. She's such a good sport! Went home, got dressed, and off we went to Bob's. (Bob Evans, cause we're such class acts.) On the way, I had a flat tire. Art was down in WV working. All the other male friends we knew were working, so we walked home. About 2 miles. Then we got in Anne's car and went to Bob's.
This story has no moral. The rest of my day was fine. I didn't accomplish much, but that's ok. It's Friday afterall. I just couldn't think of anything exciting to post about so I thought I'd post about my flat tire. The first flat tire I've ever had by the way. Does that make this post more interesting?

I don't know if a flat tire makes a post more interesting, but your post was interesting nonetheless. I've had days like that - flittering from thing to thing - in fact, most of my days are like that - must be hormones or something. Hope Bob's was good and tomorrow will be better.
I love the necklace, I want one!!!
Kathy this was a funny post - I could see you walking thru the wet grass to Anne's house with tiny dogs in tow. I'm sure you must be very disciplined to work at home - I could never do that - so your already WAY better than I ever would be. Take care Mel
