I'm going to have lots of company tomorrow!! Lots of stitching girls are headed my way!! I'm so excited! I'm also cleaning like a crazy person. I spent all day yesterday cleaning the upstairs of my house. Today I'm doing the downstairs. There is NO a/c in the downstairs of my house. So, as soon as I get all hot and yucky I head down to the pool for a quick, cooling, dip. Very cooling. The water is 68 degrees. But I definitely feel refreshed when I get out!

Besides the house cleaning, I've been doing lots of yard work. I've cut down a couple of trees. Seriously! Course they weren't old trees with thick trunks. They were young maples that seem to sprout up everywhere. I've made endless trips to the barn with tools. Art is great at doing work, but he never puts his tools away. Evidently that's my job!

So, I'm almost ready guys!! I can't wait to see you all!!!

There was a bead show in Baltimore today. I drove down early, met Liz at her place and off we went! These bead shows are SO exciting!! It was jam-packed with people - jewelers of all nature, jewelry buyers, and jewelry lovers. I controlled myself very well and only bought the beads in the photo above. It took incredible self-restraint!!

After we left the show, we had a nice, quiet lunch, studied all our bead purchases, then headed back to Liz's for a little studio work. I have so much to learn and Liz has so much to teach!!

I should have taken a photo of Liz's bench. It's perfectly clean. Neat. Organized. Totally unlike mine. Go figure.
